How to Request a Contract Withdrawal and Return Your Order

If you wish to withdraw from the contract within the statutory withdrawal period, the easiest way is through the My Order section:

Enter your order number in the form. Once your request has been submitted, you will automatically receive an email confirmation together with instructions for returning your order.

Procedure

1. Go to the My Order section.
2. Enter your order number.
3. Complete the required information and submit your return request.
4. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions regarding the return process.
